Overview

The Branch Supervisor plays a critical role in managing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with branch SOP and fostering a customer-centric environment. This position requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of Counter Clerk to drive and maintain high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing branch staff, managing customer relationships, and ensuring adherence to policies such as Counter clerk SOP. .

Duties

Supervise daily branch operations and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including the BRANCH PERMITTED,STAFF, QID ,DAILY ROSTER,Laundry Item, Lead, train, and develop branch staff to enhance performance through effective relationship management. Manage customer relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Oversee cash management processes, including cash handling, debits & credits, and fraud prevention and detection measures. Utilize financial software for efficient operations and maintain accurate records of transactions. Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members and implement strategies for continuous improvement in customer service Collaborate with upper management to develop branch goals and strategies that align with overall company objectives.

Skills

Strong knowledge of Branches services, Supervising operations, Proficient in customer relationship management with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction. Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management and employee development. Basic math skills along with proficiency in 10 key typing for efficient data entry. Previous experience as Branches Supervisor /Retail Supervisor preferred but not mandatory. The Branch Supervisor position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about leading teams within the Laundry Field while providing exceptional service to customers.
