Key Responsibilities:
Perform professional braiding, twists, cornrows, and dreadlock services (installation, maintenance, and styling).
Provide consultations to clients on styles that suit their hair type and lifestyle.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation of tools and workspace.
Keep up with current trends, techniques, and styling methods.
Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring clients leave fully satisfied.
Recommend aftercare routines and haircare products.
Upsell additional services where suitable.
Work collaboratively with other barbers and stylists to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a professional braider/dreadlocks stylist (portfolio required).
Strong technical skills in a variety of braiding and dreadlock methods.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Creativity and attention to detail in styling.
Reliable, punctual, and team player.
Knowledge of proper haircare and scalp health practices.
