Job Description
:
A Bouncer is responsible for maintaining security and order in bars, clubs, events, or venues. They check IDs, monitor guest behavior, control entry, and handle conflicts to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify age and identification of guests before entry. Maintain order and enforce venue rules. Monitor crowd behavior and prevent disturbances. Handle conflicts or unruly guests calmly and professionally. Assist in emergency situations, including evacuations. Collaborate with management and law enforcement if needed.
Qualifications:
Experience as a door supervisor in a pub, restaurant or hotel lobby.
Immediate joiner.
Must be physically strong and confident in wearing the uniform.
