We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Senior Loss & Prevention Officer

to join a prestigious luxury hotel in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of guests, employees, and property by leading loss & prevention efforts, enforcing security standards, and minimizing risk within a high-end hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor all areas of the property through surveillance and regular patrols to detect and prevent security breaches. Lead and supervise a team of loss prevention officers, ensuring effective execution of duties and adherence to policies. Investigate incidents of theft, misconduct, or safety violations, and prepare accurate, detailed reports. Enforce security protocols while maintaining high standards of guest privacy and service. Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures to protect assets and ensure guest and employee safety. Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure consistent compliance with safety and security procedures. Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies or suspicious activities. Maintain strong working relationships with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in security management or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in loss & prevention or security operations.

Previous experience in luxury hotel or hospitality environments is a strong asset.

Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, access control, emergency response, and safety procedures. Proven leadership skills with experience in managing or supervising a team. Excellent observation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and night shifts. Relevant certifications in loss & prevention or security are an advantage.
