We are seeking a vigilant and energetic Bouncer to ensure the safety and security of our venue, staff, and patrons. As a key frontline team member, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment by managing access, preventing disturbances, and responding swiftly to incidents. Your presence will help foster a welcoming yet secure atmosphere where everyone can enjoy their experience confidently. Responsibilities

Monitor entry points to verify age, identification, and adherence to dress code policies. Enforce venue rules and regulations with professionalism and clarity, addressing any disruptive behavior promptly. Conduct regular patrols of the premises using surveillance tools such as CCTV cameras and physical inspections to identify potential security risks. Manage conflict situations effectively through conflict management techniques, de-escalating disputes before they escalate further. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary, providing detailed incident reports for documentation purposes. Use surveillance equipment to observe activity within the venue and surrounding areas, ensuring loss prevention and safety protocols are followed. Assist in emergency response procedures, including administering CPR or first aid if required, until professional help arrives.

Requirements

Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and loss prevention techniques. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical patrols around the venue. Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor when interacting with patrons and staff. Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations is a plus.
