Male and Female Bouncers

to join our security team and ensure a safe, respectful, and secure environment for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain safety, security, and order within the hotel premises. Control entry and exit points for guests and staff. Handle crowd management during events, parties, and busy hours. Respond quickly to incidents, emergencies, and disturbances. Protect guests, VIPs, and hotel property at all times. Report any suspicious activity or behavior to the Security Supervisor. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times.

Requirements:

Valid SIRA License

is mandatory. Male and Female candidates welcome. Minimum qualification: 12th pass or equivalent. 1-3 years of experience as a bouncer or security officer (hotel experience preferred). Physically fit, alert, and confident. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle pressure and challenging situations calmly. Flexible to work in rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. Well-groomed and professional appearance.
