to join our team. If you have a strong presence, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to maintaining safety, we'd love to hear from you!Roles and Responsibilities will include.
Entrance Management:
ID checking and managing guest entry to ensure everyone meets the venue's age and dress code requirements. Checking event-related tickets.Crowd Control:
Monitor the crowd to prevent overcrowding and ensure safe behavior. Address any disruptive or unruly behavior promptly, safely and effectively.Conflict Resolution:
Handle disputes and conflicts between patrons calmly and professionally. De-escalate situations before they become problematic.Safety Enforcement:
Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including fire regulations and emergency procedures.Communication:
Work closely with colleagues and other staff members to ensure smooth operation and maintain a positive atmosphere. Report any significant issues promptly to management.Incident Reporting:
Report and document any incidents or breaches of policy that occur during your shift.Bouncer Requirements:
SIRA security training is favored.
Height 182cm and above
Weight 100-110kg and above
Proven experience as a Bouncer or similar.
Refined crowd management and problem-solving abilities.
Unrivaled observational and conflict management skills.
Capacity to be stern, as required.
Excellent verbal communication abilities.
Physically agile/Muscular physique with impeccable reflexes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
License/Certification:
