Job Description
Support daily kitchen operations and assist with inventory management.
Supervise food and beverage dispatch to the service team.
Coordinate and oversee the BOH and cleaning team to maintain hygiene standards.
Assist Sales and Entertainment teams with preparation for internal and off-site events.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients.
Help implement food safety protocols and assist in staff onboarding.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
