What You'll Do

• Greet guests warmly, allocate seating efficiently, and maintain service standards
• Manage guest complaints and feedback professionally, escalating issues as required
• Optimize bookings using reservation systems to maximize restaurant efficiency
• Provide detailed knowledge of menus and offerings, ensuring accurate order-taking
• Handle function bookings and coordinate with FOH and BOH teams for seamless events
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and promote responsible alcohol service
• Make quick, informed decisions to enhance guest experience and operational flow

Ideal Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in luxury hospitality guest relations or similar roles
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Intermediate to Advanced)
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
