To gain & understand of good technical knowledge of the vehicle genuine parts prices (new & used).
Adherence and maintenance of Company "Service standards" for ensuring customer care.
Receiving and delivery of accident vehicles from customers.
Work as a team to meet service targets.
Should be able to interact with customers, have good communication and public relations skills.
Build and maintain relationships with insurance companies and provide accident repair estimate on the spot.
Able to prepare independently repair estimate for accident repairs for all brands of vehicle.
Negotiation with Insurance Surveyors.
Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the Management.
Knowledge Skills and Experience: ? Graduate in Engineering / Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical ? 2-3 year experience as estimator, within a reputable automotive dealership or reputed workshop. ? Sound Technical knowledge with ability to understand customer needs and requirements. ? Strong negotiation, analytical, communication and inter-personal skills with administrative competence. ? Proactive approach when dealing with customer. ? Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
