Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused

Bodyshop Advisor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the liaison between customers and the Bodyshop team, ensuring a smooth and efficient repair process. You will be responsible for managing repair orders, providing estimates, coordinating with insurance companies, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the repair journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assess their vehicle damage concerns. Prepare accurate repair estimates using estimating software (e.g., Audatex, Mitchell). Communicate with insurance companies to obtain approvals and manage claims. Schedule repair work and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion. Keep customers informed about repair status and timelines. Conduct final quality checks and ensure customer satisfaction upon vehicle delivery. Maintain detailed records of repair orders, parts, and labor. Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or automotive training is a plus. Proven experience in a Bodyshop, collision center, or automotive service environment. Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and insurance procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using estimating software and dealership management systems. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Customer-first attitude with a focus on quality and service.

Preferred Skills:

Certification in Automotive Estimating or Collision Repair. Familiarity with OEM repair guidelines. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position with occasional overtime. Work is performed in both office and workshop environments. May require standing for extended periods and occasional lifting.
