We are seeking a professional and customer-focused
Bodyshop Advisor
to join our automotive team. The ideal candidate will be the main point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring excellent service delivery and efficient communication regarding body repair work.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess their vehicle damage or service needs.
Create job cards, repair estimates, and obtain approvals from customers and insurance companies.
Liaise with technicians and workshop controllers to ensure timely and accurate work on vehicles.
Provide regular updates to customers on job progress and expected completion times.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, job progress, and billing.
Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues efficiently.
Coordinate with parts departments to ensure timely parts availability.
Conduct post-repair inspections with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Automotive-related diploma/certification preferred).
Proven experience in a similar role in an automotive bodyshop.
Knowledge of insurance procedures and vehicle body repair.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems (DMS).

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
