We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented BMS Technician to join our maintenance team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, programming, commissioning, and servicing of Building Management Systems (BMS/DDC). This role requires strong technical expertise in electrical and instrumentation systems, effective troubleshooting skills, and the ability to maintain reliable building automation performance across various facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and commission DDC/BMS control panels, field devices, sensors, and related components.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on BMS systems in facilities such as hospitals, schools, and residential buildings.
Identify and resolve issues related to electrical, instrumentation, and automation equipment.
Monitor, calibrate, and optimize BMS functions to support efficient operation of HVAC and electromechanical systems.
Prepare and maintain updated documentation, wiring diagrams, and service/maintenance records.
Coordinate with engineers and maintenance teams to ensure operational requirements and schedules are met.
Follow all company safety standards and procedures during installation, maintenance, and service activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Technical Certificate (1-1.5 years) in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Communication from a recognized institute (e.g., ITI, TESDA, NVQ).
Hands-on experience in DDC/BMS installation, programming, commissioning, and maintenance.
Previous experience in electromechanical maintenance within GCC facilities such as hospitals, schools, or residential complexes.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities in BMS and automation systems.
Good communication skills and basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Must currently be residing in Qatar with a valid visa and QID.
