We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

BMS Technician

to join our maintenance team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the installation, programming, commissioning, and servicing of Building Management Systems (BMS/DDC). This role requires strong technical knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to ensure reliable operation of building automation systems across various facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and commission DDC/BMS control panels, field devices, and associated components. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of BMS systems in facilities such as hospitals, schools, and residential complexes. Diagnose and resolve issues related to electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems. Support the efficient operation of HVAC and electromechanical equipment through monitoring, calibration, and optimization. Maintain accurate documentation, wiring diagrams, and service records. Coordinate with engineers and maintenance teams to meet operational requirements. Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures during installation, maintenance, and servicing activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Technical Certificate (1-1.5 years) in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Communication from a recognized institute (e.g., ITI, TESDA, NVQ). Hands-on experience in DDC/BMS installation, programming, commissioning, and maintenance. Experience in electromechanical maintenance within GCC facilities such as hospitals, schools, or residential complexes. Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills in BMS and automation systems. Good communication skills and basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office). Currently residing in Qatar with a valid visa and QID.
