Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

BMS Technician

to install, operate, and maintain building management systems in hospitals, schools, residential complexes, or similar facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure all systems are functioning efficiently, troubleshoot technical faults, and support smooth operations and safety compliance.

Key Requirements:

Install, program, commission, and maintain DDC and building automation systems. Troubleshoot and repair electromechanical and automation system faults. Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and quality standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and system updates. Coordinate with vendors and technical teams for servicing and installations.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Technical certificate (1-1.5 years) in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Communication from a recognized institute (e.g., ITI, TESDA, NVQ). Minimum 3 years of experience in DDC system installation, programming, commissioning, and maintenance. At least 3 years (including 1.5 years in GCC) in electromechanical maintenance in hospitals, schools, or residential complexes. Strong troubleshooting skills in building automation systems. Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and coordinate with a technical team. English language proficiency for documentation and communication. Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID and visa.
