We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

BMS Technician

to join our maintenance team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the installation, programming, commissioning, and servicing of Building Management Systems (BMS/DDC). This position requires solid technical knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to ensure reliable operation of building automation systems across various facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, set up, and commission DDC/BMS control panels, field devices, and associated components. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for BMS systems in facilities such as hospitals, schools, and residential complexes. Identify and resolve issues involving electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems. Support the efficient functioning of HVAC and electromechanical equipment through proper monitoring and calibration. Maintain up-to-date documentation, wiring diagrams, and service records. Coordinate with engineers and maintenance teams to meet daily operational requirements. Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures during installation and maintenance work.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Technical Certificate (1-1.5 years) in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Communication from a recognized institute (e.g., ITI, TESDA, NVQ). Minimum 3 years of experience in DDC system installation, programming, commissioning, and maintenance. At least 1.5 years of GCC experience in electromechanical maintenance within hospitals, schools, or residential facilities. Strong diagnostic abilities and problem-solving skills in BMS and automation systems. Good communication skills and basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office. Must be currently in Qatar with a valid visa and QID.
