Position Summary

The

Entry-Level BIM Project Coordinator

will assist in the coordination, creation, and management of Building Information Models (BIM) for ongoing projects. This role supports project teams in implementing BIM workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and improving collaboration between design, engineering, and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development, maintenance, and coordination of BIM models across multiple disciplines. Support BIM Managers and Engineers in ensuring all models meet project and company standards. Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure consistency of BIM data. Conduct clash detection, model reviews, and issue tracking using BIM tools. Prepare 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and documentation from BIM models as needed. Maintain up-to-date model files and ensure version control. Assist in implementing project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs). Participate in BIM coordination meetings and document key actions. Learn and apply company BIM protocols and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical, or a related field. Basic understanding of BIM concepts, workflows, and standards (ISO 19650 preferred). Familiarity with Autodesk software such as

Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD

, or similar tools. Knowledge of construction drawings, detailing, and coordination principles. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and willingness to learn. Good communication and teamwork skills.
