Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with
architects, designers, and project managers
to understand project goals and facade requirements.
Conduct
feasibility studies
and
technical evaluations
to identify suitable facade systems and materials.
Prepare detailed
design proposals
, including schematic layouts, material specifications, and performance requirements.
Coordinate with
internal departments
(design, procurement, production) and
external stakeholders
(clients, consultants, contractors) to ensure seamless project execution.
Oversee the development of
construction documents

shop drawings

fabrication details

installation guidelines

Conduct
regular site inspections
to monitor work progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Provide
technical support
to site and installation teams throughout implementation.
Manage project

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and consultants, resolving technical queries and ensuring clear communication throughout the project.

Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering
,
Architecture
, or a related field. A
Master's degree
is an added advantage.
Experience & Expertise:
Proven experience in
facade design

engineering

project coordination
.
Strong background in the construction and installation of complex facade systems.
Technical Proficiency:
Skilled in
AutoCAD

, and other industry-standard tools.
Ability to read and interpret detailed architectural and engineering drawings.
