Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies and technical assessments to ascertain the most suitable facade systems for individual projects.
Develop meticulous design proposals encompassing schematic drawings, specifications, and material selections.
Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and external stakeholders to orchestrate the smooth execution of projects from inception to fruition.
Supervise the preparation of construction documents, including shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation instructions.
Conduct on-site inspections regularly to oversee progress, identify potential issues, and ensure strict adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
Offer technical support and guidance to installation teams throughout the implementation phase.
Efficiently manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to attain project milestones and deliverables effectively.
Act as a proficient liaison between clients, consultants, and contractors to address any technical queries or concerns promptly.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in facade engineering to foster innovation and continuous enhancement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.
Demonstrated expertise in facade engineering, with a specialization in design, analysis, and construction of intricate facade systems.
Proficiency in CAD software, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and other pertinent engineering tools is essential.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proven project management skills, including adeptness in task prioritization, deadline management, and risk mitigation.
Thorough understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in Qatar.
Familiarity with sustainable design principles and green building certification programs is desirable.
Willingness to occasionally travel for site visits and project meetings.
