BIM Modeler - MEP Systems - Dubai, UAE
Position Overview
Azizi Developments is hiring a BIM Modeler - MEP to join our dynamic engineering team for high-rise and mixed-use construction projects in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in using Revit and Navisworks to create coordinated BIM models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, aligned with UAE construction codes and authority standards.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage 3D MEP BIM models using Revit in coordination with project teams
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks and BIM 360 tools
• Collaborate closely with architectural, structural, and MEP engineers to maintain spatial accuracy
• Update models based on design revisions and site conditions to reflect as-built accuracy
• Generate detailed shop drawings from coordinated BIM models for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical works
• Ensure all BIM work aligns with project-specific standards, LOD requirements, and local UAE regulations

Ideal Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline
• 4 to 6 years of UAE experience in BIM modeling for MEP systems within construction projects
• Strong command of Revit, Navisworks, and familiarity with BIM collaboration platforms
• Solid understanding of HVAC, drainage, water supply, power, and ELV systems integration
• Proven ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams and meet fast-paced deadlines
