Position Overview
Azizi Developments is hiring a BIM Modeler - Mechanical with advanced proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks to support high-rise and residential construction projects in Dubai. This role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to create accurate 3D mechanical models for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems in compliance with UAE construction standards.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain coordinated 3D BIM models for mechanical systems including HVAC, chilled water, drainage, and fire protection
• Collaborate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to resolve clashes and optimize spatial coordination
• Conduct clash detection using Navisworks and support interdisciplinary coordination meetings
• Produce detailed shop drawings and construction documentation from the BIM model
• Maintain model integrity and version control throughout the project lifecycle
• Support BIM execution planning, ensuring adherence to LOD, UAE codes, and project-specific requirements

Ideal Profile

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline
• 5+ years of UAE experience in mechanical BIM modeling within the construction sector
• Strong command of Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD; familiarity with Dynamo is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems, and their integration in BIM
• Ability to troubleshoot modeling issues and work collaboratively under tight deadlines
