Job Description

We are looking for a BIM Modeler (MEP Projects), Candidates should Expert in Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.Strong understanding of 4D (scheduling) and 5D (cost estimation) workflows using tools like Navisworks Timeliner and cost management systems.Knowledge of COBie, BEPs, and ISO 19650 standards.Ability to manage models within a CDE and perform audits for quality assurance. Excellent coordination skills and multidisciplinary collaboration experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage MEP BIM models (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) to LOD 300, 400, and 500. Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural disciplines through clash detection using Navisworks Manage and BIM 360. Prepare coordinated shop drawings, installation drawings, and as-built drawings. Develop and update BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) in line with project goals and client requirements. Work within a Common Data Environment (CDE) such as BIM 360. Extract and manage COBie-compliant asset data for handover and facility management. Support 4D simulation (construction sequencing) and 5D integration (quantities and cost estimation) in collaboration with planning and commercial teams. Incorporate RFIs, submittals, and markups, ensuring the model reflects the latest site and design changes.
Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.

3-4 years of BIM modeling experience with 4D/5D integration and at least 1-2 years in Middle East projects.
