Job Description

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modelers (MEP discipline) to join our Abu Dhabi office team. This role involves developing accurate 3D models, preparing coordinated drawings, and supporting BIM coordination under the guidance of the BIM Coordinator. While primarily office-based, the role may require occasional site visits (approx. 10%) to support project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop accurate and detailed MEP 3D models in Autodesk Revit. Prepare coordinated shop drawings and as-built drawings from BIM models. Support clash detection activities and update models as per feedback. Ensure models comply with project BIM Execution Plans and client requirements. Coordinate with BIM Coordinators and Engineers to resolve modeling issues. Maintain proper model documentation, version control, and quality checks. Assist with site-related BIM support during occasional visits.
Requirements

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in MEP services. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mandatory). Working knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection is an advantage. Strong understanding of MEP systems, shop drawings, and construction details. Ability to work under guidance, follow BIM standards, and deliver within deadlines. Must be currently available in UAE (visit visa or transferable visa candidates preferred).
Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a technical Revit test before the interview.
