Position Overview
Azizi Developments in Dubai is hiring a BIM Modeler - MEP to develop coordinated 3D mechanical, electrical, and plumbing models for high-rise and large residential projects. The role focuses on detailed BIM modeling, clash detection, shop drawing preparation, and multidisciplinary coordination within the Design 360 Studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed and accurate 3D MEP models using Autodesk Revit and relevant BIM tools
• Prepare coordinated MEP shop drawings, builders' work drawings, and as-built documentation
• Review design drawings, specifications, and BIM execution plans for accurate implementation
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks Manage and coordinate resolutions with multidisciplinary teams
• Support the design, engineering, and construction teams with up-to-date BIM files
• Ensure drawings comply with project standards, codes, and company documentation practices
• Maintain model accuracy and version control throughout the project lifecycle
• Assist in producing schedules, quantities, and extraction reports from BIM models

Ideal Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 6-15 years of experience as a BIM Modeler (MEP), preferably within the UAE
• Strong experience with high-rise towers and large-scale residential projects
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks Manage
• Solid understanding of MEP systems and construction coordination
• Ability to work collaboratively with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams
