Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

Understanding BIM/CADD processes and workflows throughout the architectural design phases and extract relevant information for procurement purposes (civil & MEP trade of works) Managing architectural projects with a focus on BIM coordination, ensuring collaboration of disciplines such as MEP, ID packages, amenities and for lifestyle areas. Utilizing BIM software (e.g., Revit) to manage building models, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements. Collaborating closely with project teams to convey quantity take offs for civil and MEP items from design package in order to optimize project procurement, long lead items and delivery. Providing training and guidance to team members on BIM standards and best practices. Integrating BIM data for analysis, visualization, and project coordination purposes. Ensuring compliance with BIM execution plans and project BIM requirements set by clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Building Technology Minimum 3 years of Mandatory Dubai based experience in Architectural Design with BIM implementation and coordination. Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and AutoCAD, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in architectural design and BIM implementation. Strong understanding of BIM methodologies, standards (e.g., LOD300, LOD400), and industry best practices. Ability to coordinate and manage BIM models across multiple disciplines (civil & MEP) and project phases for high rise towers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Experience in managing and mentoring junior architects and BIM technicians. An eye for creativity and details
