Key Responsibilities:
Develop, update, and manage
BIM models
for MEP systems using Autodesk Revit.
Perform
clash detection
and resolve coordination issues with relevant stakeholders.
Prepare
shop drawings, layouts, and detailed design documentation
.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure design intent is accurately reflected.
Maintain model accuracy throughout the design, construction, and as-built stages.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in
Engineering, Drafting, or a related field
.
Minimum
5 years of BIM/Revit experience
in MEP projects.
Proficiency in
Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
.
Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
Excellent
coordination and communication skills
.
