Position Overview

We are seeking a

highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler - Architectural

with specialized experience in

aluminum facade systems

or

structural steel detailing

. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a solid understanding of construction documentation standards, and proficiency in

Autodesk Revit

and

BIM workflows

. This role plays a critical part in delivering

coordinated, accurate, and constructible models and drawings

to support high-profile architectural and engineering projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesBIM Modeling & Documentation

Develop and maintain accurate

3D BIM models

for aluminum facades and/or structural steel systems using

Autodesk Revit

. Generate complete drawing packages including

plans, sections, elevations, and fabrication/shop drawings

.

Design Coordination

Collaborate with

architects, engineers, and consultants

to ensure model accuracy and design intent consistency. Update models based on design changes,

site conditions

, and

engineering feedback

.

Model Management & Quality Assurance

Manage BIM models in line with

BIM Execution Plans

and

project-specific protocols

. Perform

clash detection

using

Navisworks

and participate in resolution meetings.

Analysis & Quantification

Extract

accurate quantity take-offs

to support estimation and procurement processes. Contribute to integration with

4D (scheduling)

and

5D (costing)

systems as required.

Stakeholder Engagement

Participate in

technical presentations and BIM reviews

, articulating design rationale and constructability considerations. Coordinate closely with

project managers

to ensure model deliverables meet deadlines and quality expectations.

Team Support & Training

Provide

mentorship to junior BIM technicians

and assist in internal

knowledge-sharing initiatives

. Support the development and enforcement of BIM standards and quality control procedures.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

3-5 years of hands-on BIM modeling experience, particularly with

aluminum facades

or

structural steel systems

.

Software Proficiency:

Advanced:

Autodesk Revit

Proficient:

Navisworks

,

AutoCAD

Preferred:

Tekla Structures

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of

fabrication processes

,

shop drawing standards

, and

architectural/structural detailing

.

Documentation:

Proven ability to produce

fully coordinated

, construction-ready BIM documentation.

Standards Compliance:

Familiarity with

local and international building codes

BIM Level of Development (LOD)

standards, and industry documentation practices.
