to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing high-quality architectural Building Information Models (BIM) using Autodesk Revit and other BIM tools. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to produce coordinated and accurate design documentation through all project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed and accurate 3D architectural models using Revit and other BIM platforms.
Create, modify, and manage families, templates, and project-specific content.
Generate architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details) from models as per project requirements.
Collaborate with other disciplines (structural, MEP) to ensure model coordination and clash detection.
Follow company BIM standards, procedures, and best practices.
Assist in setting up BIM models, worksets, and shared coordinates for multi-disciplinary projects.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and contribute to resolving design and modeling issues.
Assist project architects and managers in design development and documentation.
Support the BIM Manager in implementing new technologies, workflows, and innovation within the team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, models, and libraries.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum [2-5] years of experience as a BIM Modeler in an architectural environment.
Proficient in Autodesk Revit,
Understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building codes.
Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and model development specifications (LOD standards).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
