Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to coordinate multidisciplinary models and resolve clashes.
Extract accurate 2D drawings, documentation, schedules, and presentation materials from BIM models.
Ensure alignment with local regulations and submission standards (Dubai Municipality, DDA, ADM, etc.).
Participate in coordination meetings and design reviews, contributing constructability insights.
Follow and implement project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP), modeling standards, and QA/QC procedures.
Support BIM content development, including templates, libraries, and standardized workflows.
Assist with documentation during tender, construction, and handover phases.
Maintain version control and manage model updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of hands-on BIM experience in the UAE, preferably in large-scale projects (residential, commercial, hospitality, or healthcare).
Expertise in Autodesk Revit Architecture; familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 is a plus.
Solid understanding of UAE authority regulations and architectural documentation protocols.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a sharp eye for detail.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
