We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient
BIM Modeler - Architectural
to join our growing team in the UAE. This role involves developing, managing, and coordinating architectural BIM models to support the delivery of high-quality, regulation-compliant design documentation across various project types. The ideal candidate should bring strong Revit skills, local experience, and a collaborative mindset to our multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities
Create, manage, and update accurate architectural BIM models in
Autodesk Revit
.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to coordinate models and resolve design and system clashes.
Generate 2D drawings, layouts, schedules, and detailed documentation from BIM models.
Ensure designs and documentation comply with
UAE authority standards
(Dubai Municipality, DDA, ADM, etc.).
Contribute to
design reviews
, offering insights on buildability and coordination challenges.
Implement and follow project-specific
BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
and modeling protocols.
Maintain project templates, content libraries, and BIM workflows for efficiency and consistency.
Support various project phases including
tender, construction, and handover
with updated deliverables.
Track model revisions and maintain version control throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related discipline.
3-5 years
of UAE-based experience in architectural BIM modeling.
Advanced proficiency in
Autodesk Revit Architecture
; knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, or BIM 360 is an asset.
Thorough understanding of
UAE building codes and submission protocols
.
Experience working on
large-scale developments
(e.g., residential, commercial, hospitality, or healthcare).
Strong problem-solving ability, with attention to detail and the capacity to work independently.
Effective communication and coordination skills in
English
(Arabic is a plus).
Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative project environment.
