with proven experience in the UAE to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing detailed architectural models using Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies, ensuring that all designs comply with UAE standards, regulations, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage high-quality architectural BIM models based on design inputs, specifications, and project requirements.
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to coordinate multidisciplinary models and resolve clashes.
Prepare detailed drawings, documentation, and schedules extracted from BIM models.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and project-specific standards in the UAE.
Participate in design review meetings and provide input on constructability and coordination issues.
Implement and maintain BIM standards, workflows, templates, and libraries within the project environment.
Assist in developing and applying BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and other project protocols.
Support the project team during tendering, construction, and handover phases by providing updated models and documents.
Manage revisions and updates to the BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field.
Minimum
3-5 years
of experience as an Architectural BIM Modeler, preferably with projects based in the UAE.
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture) is required.
Familiarity with UAE building codes, regulations, and authority submission requirements (Dubai Municipality, DDA, ADM, etc.).
Experience working on medium to large-scale projects (residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, etc.).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach.
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
