We are seeking talented BIM professionals to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows, with proven experience in project delivery for consultancy projects.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage detailed BIM models in Revit for Architecture, Interior Design, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
Coordinate multidisciplinary models, resolve clashes, and maintain model accuracy as per project specifications.
Support technical delivery by preparing 3D coordinated design models, documentation, and schedules.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Create and manage BIM families, templates, and standards for efficiency.
Perform model reviews, clash detection, and generate project reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience
in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and working with consultancy firms.
Strong coordination and technical skills across multiple disciplines.
