We are a leading interior design company in Dubai, specializing in
luxury residential and commercial projects
. We are looking for atalented Architect / Interior Designer
with a passion for luxury design, strong technical expertise, and proven experience delivering high-end projects in the UAE.Key Responsibilities
Develop
architectural and interior design concepts
for luxury residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Preparedetailed drawings, 3D visuals, and material selections
that align with high-end design standards. Work closely with clients tounderstand requirements and present creative solutions
. Coordinate withMEP, structural engineers, and contractors
to ensure design accuracy and smooth execution. Manage the full design process, fromconcept to site supervision
, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. Stay updated onluxury design trends, premium materials, and finishing techniques
. Ensure compliance withDubai Municipality and UAE building regulations
.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
.3-5 years of professional experience in Dubai
with a strong portfolio of luxury projects. Proficiency inLumion, AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other rendering software
. Strong knowledge ofluxury finishes, materials, and detailing
. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesJob Type: Full-time
