Job Opportunity:

Architect/Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

Create accurate and detailed 3D designs, drawings based on specifications and project requirements. Transform 2D architectural concepts and designs into realistic 3D models using 3D Studio Max. Utilize Revit MEP to create detailed and accurate design models and drawings. Apply lighting, materials, and textures to 3D models for realistic rendering using Corona. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure accurate representation of design intent. Participate in design discussions to provide insights on technical feasibility and best practices. Maintain a keen eye for detail to identify and rectify any discrepancies in drawings and models. Create plans and detail shop drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project. Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process. Presentation and meetings with clients and suppliers, with subject related to interior design. Provide Architectural and interior solutions, if required. Build and develop 3D models of interior and exterior spaces featuring Take form experiential design concepts and products. Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision. Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project. Research and decide on materials and products sourcing. Create design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures. A complete involvement is essential for tasks encompassing architecture, interior design, lighting design, and landscaping.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Interior design and Architecture. Some years of professional experience as a interior designer. Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Corona it is mandatory.
