Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced
Project Architect
to lead and coordinate the architectural design and execution of ourresidential and high-rise building projects
. The successful candidate will oversee the project lifecycle from concept design through to construction documentation and site coordination, ensuring design integrity, code compliance, and timely delivery.Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Minimum 5 years of architectural experience in
UAE
, with a strong portfolio inresidential and high-rise building projects
. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Solid knowledge of local building regulations, codes, and standards. Strong project management and coordination skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to lead a design team and collaborate with multidisciplinary consultants.Preferred Qualifications:
Professional architectural license or working toward licensure. Experience in sustainable design, LEED or Estidama is a plus. Familiarity with BIM coordination workflows and tools (e.g., Navisworks, BIM 360). Knowledge of local authority approval processes in the UAE.
