We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

BIM Coordinator

with a strong

architectural background

to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with industry-leading

BIM software

and possess excellent coordination and communication skills to support our project teams in delivering high-quality BIM models.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, coordinate, and maintain

BIM models

in compliance with project standards and client requirements. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of BIM across disciplines. Manage the

BIM execution plan (BEP)

and ensure all team members adhere to BIM protocols and standards. Facilitate clash detection and resolution using BIM coordination tools. Ensure accurate and timely updating of BIM models to reflect design changes and revisions. Support project teams with BIM-related queries and provide technical guidance. Prepare and deliver BIM reports, drawings, and presentations for internal and client review. Coordinate with external consultants and contractors for smooth BIM data exchange. Train and mentor junior BIM staff and promote BIM best practices within the organization.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Architecture

,

Architectural Technology

, or related field. Proven experience as a

BIM Coordinator

, preferably within architectural projects. Proficient in leading BIM software such as

Revit

,

Navisworks

,

AutoCAD

,

Tekla Structures

, or

ArchiCAD

. Strong knowledge of BIM standards and protocols (e.g., ISO 19650). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Immediate availability to join. Familiarity with 3D modeling, clash detection, and BIM collaboration platforms.

Preferred:

Certification in BIM Management or related courses. Experience in large-scale architectural or infrastructure projects.
