BIM Architect / BIM Coordinator

to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

Architect

with strong

BIM coordination

expertise to manage project deliverables and liaise with both internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be proficient in

Revit

, have excellent communication and presentation skills, and be confident in managing client-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage BIM workflows and ensure accurate implementation of Revit models across project stages. Lead and participate in client meetings, providing technical insights and updates. Independently prepare, develop, and present PowerPoint presentations for clients. Oversee project deliverables and ensure alignment with timelines and quality standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary internal and external teams to ensure smooth project execution. Identify and resolve coordination issues between architectural, structural, and MEP elements within the BIM model.

Role Requirements:

Professional Background:

Qualified Architect with proven experience in BIM coordination.

Software Proficiency:

Expert-level knowledge of

Autodesk Revit

(mandatory); familiarity with other BIM and visualization tools is a plus.

Client Engagement:

Demonstrated confidence in handling direct communication and meetings with clients.

Presentation Skills:

Strong ability to prepare and deliver compelling presentations using PowerPoint.

Project Oversight:

Capable of managing multiple deliverables, coordinating with diverse teams, and maintaining high quality standards.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
