Bim Coordinator (architectural & Structural)
Job Description
seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to lead multidisciplinary coordination across Architectural and Structural disciplines and support delivery throughout construction, and handover.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate Architectural, Structural models in line with project requirements and the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
Lead model federation, clash detection, and structured issue resolution.
Support 4D/5D workflows, asset information delivery, and model health checks.
Collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance and timely deliverables.
Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering.
-Minimum 10 years' experience in the BIM field.
-Previous experience on medium to large-scale high rise projects with solid coordination expertise.
-Strong understanding of coordination processes, project
requirements, and international BIM standards ISO 19650,PAS 1192, AIA LOD specifications. -Sound technical knowledge across Architecture, Structure.
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM collaboration platforms.
-Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Immediate joiners preferred.
