IIQAF is looking for a meticulous and highly organized Billing Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate should have experience with billing systems and procedures, as well as excellent customer service and communication skills. This position will involve assisting with billings, invoicing, data entry, accounts receivable, and other administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
Process client payments and review invoices for accuracy
Maintain accurate billing records and ensure completeness of all billing documents
Respond to customer inquiries and provide guidance related to billing processes
Ensure compliance with applicable billing regulations and requirements
Reconcile and investigate customer accounts to ensure accuracy
Prepare monthly billing statements and reports
Monitor account balances and execute collection actions as necessary
Assist in resolving billing disputes and discrepancies
Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field preferred
1-2 years of experience in billing and accounts receivable
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and billing procedures
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word) and experience with billing systems
Ability to accurately and swiftly analyze and resolve billing issues
