We are seeking a driven and results-oriented

Talent Acquisition Specialist

to lead our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle--from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and managing the offer process. This role is ideal for a "hunter" who knows how to find top talent, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a great candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:



End-to-End Recruitment:

Manage the full hiring cycle including drafting job descriptions, posting on job boards, and screening incoming applications.

Sourcing:

Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks to build a pipeline of qualified talent.

Screening & Interviewing:

Conduct initial phone screens and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and technical skills.

Coordination:

Schedule interviews for hiring managers and ensure a smooth flow of communication between all parties.

Database Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HR database.

Onboarding Support:

Facilitate the transition from "candidate" to "employee" by handling offer letters and initial onboarding documentation.

Reporting:

Prepare weekly reports on hiring metrics (Time-to-Fill, Source of Hire, etc.) for management.

Qualifications:



At least

2 years of proven experience

in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a specialized HR sourcing role. Experience recruiting for remote roles or working with international/US clients is highly preferred. Strong understanding of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, Active Sourcing, Indeed Smart Sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office/Google Workspace. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English). High level of organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate information.

Preferred (but not required):



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in recruitment and employee engagement initiatives.

Technical Requirements:



USB headset with noise cancellation. Functional webcam. Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 8 GB RAM (minimum). Primary internet speed: at least 25 Mbps (cable preferred). Backup internet speed: at least 10 Mbps.
