Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle recruitment for all departments (from job posting to hiring).
Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, recruitment platforms, and professional networks.
Conduct screening, shortlisting, interviews, and assessment coordination.
Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
Maintain an updated talent pool for future staffing needs.
HR Operations & Employee Relations
Coordinate onboarding, orientations, and HR documentation for new hires.
Maintain employee files in compliance with UAE labour and immigration laws.
Support PRO activities related to visas, work permits, renewals, and cancellations.
Assist in performance evaluations, training programs, and staff development initiatives.
Provide HR support to branch managers and department heads.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
Maintain accurate recruitment reports, manpower plans, and HR KPIs.
Prepare monthly recruitment and HR activity reports for management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3-5 years UAE experience
in recruitment and leading HR roles (mandatory).
Strong understanding of
UAE Labour Law
, visa processes, and HR best practices.
Proven ability to recruit for multiple positions simultaneously across various departments.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in HR systems, ATS, MS Office, and online recruitment tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
