Job Overview
As our Customer Happiness Agent, you'll be the superhero of our daily food delivery operations, swooping in to save the day with exceptional customer support! Armed with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, you'll tackle challenges with a smile and a sprinkle of cheer. Your mission? To make our customers feel like they just won the food lottery while implementing brilliant business strategies that keep our service as delightful as dessert!
Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily communication and follow-ups through various channels (WhatsApp, phone, email, social media)
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries while maintaining a high level of responsiveness.
• Manage orders and ensure accurate processing of daily food delivery operations
• Engage in operational and business processes with a focus on manual execution
• Perform administrative duties, including payments, order entry, database management, and website updates
• Produce essential documents such as kitchen sheets, delivery labels, and customer sheets during weekly closing processes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and logistics teams to guarantee accurate meal plan deliveries
• Gather and share customer feedback with the CX team to help improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirement

• Experience in Customer Support
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (form completion, data extraction from dashboards, summary reporting).
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus!)
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Must already be based in the UAE
• Hands-on approach with flexibility for early morning and rotating weekend shifts
• Ability to work under pressure and be dependable
• Highly motivated team player with good communication skills

Work Location

• Enjoy the flexibility of remote work, but you must be based in the UAE to join our fun-filled adventure!

Working Hour

• Shift-based across the week
• Standard Timing: UAE Time, 9 AM to 6 PM (with flexibility to work on weekends and early morning when required).
• Please note: Actual working days and hours may vary depending on business needs.
