Job Description

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will handle inbound calls from customers of a telecom operator regarding the follow-up and management of their new orders (mobile lines, internet, TV, or box services). -Your role is to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the activation and delivery process. -Respond to incoming calls from customers regarding their new orders, installations, or delivery status. -Provide accurate information about order progress, delivery timelines, and service activation. -Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, technical, or sales) to resolve any issues or delays. -Update customer records and ensure all information is accurately entered in the system. -Handle requests and complaints with professionalism and empathy. -Ensure first call resolution whenever possible. -Contribute to maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Profil Recherche

Fluent in spoken English and French. High school diploma or associate degree (Business, Communication, or equivalent). Previous experience in customer service or call center is preferred. Excellent communication and active listening skills. Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach. Ability to handle multiple requests and manage priorities. Proficiency in computer tools and CRM systems.
