Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions via voice, chat, and email
Manage e-commerce after-sales service processes
Build positive customer relationships through professional communication
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Italian (verbal and written)
2+ years of customer service experience
Experience with e-commerce after-sales service
College degree or equivalent
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong learning ability and reliable work history
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Italy Time
