We are looking for
experienced Customer Service Representatives
with a strong background in the
medical or healthcare sector
to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information regarding medical services, appointments, and procedures.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Record and update customer interactions and feedback in the system.
Liaise with internal departments to follow up on customer requests.
Requirements:
Experience in a healthcare or medical call centre /customer service role is required.
Fluent in both Arabic and English
(spoken and written).
Valid QID
(Qatar ID) is mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of healthcare processes and patient service standards.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare systems.
Ability to manage patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
