Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven

Business Development Executive

with a strong background in

Facilities Management (FM)

to identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and support the growth of our FM services portfolio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling integrated facilities management (IFM), soft and hard services, or related FM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Facilities Management sector through market research, cold calling, networking, and lead generation. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their facility needs and offer tailored service solutions. Develop and present proposals, service presentations, and bids for FM contracts. Achieve sales targets and KPIs as set by the management. Coordinate with operations, finance, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery post-sale. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to promote company services. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field. 3-4 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the Facilities Management or real estate services industry (Preferred) Strong understanding of FM service lines such as HVAC, housekeeping, security, MEP, landscaping, etc. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple leads simultaneously. * Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
