We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Associate to join our team. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to work with
US-based clients
in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will be responsible for supporting client acquisition, maintaining relationships, and assisting with the development of new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients through research, outreach, and follow-ups. Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contracts. Maintain CRM records and ensure all client interactions are logged accurately. Assist in managing existing client accounts and addressing inquiries promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations. Prior experience working with US-based clients is an advantage. Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Self-motivated with excellent time management skills. Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
