We are looking for an energetic part-time Basketball and Football Coaches that has a strong teaching practice & demonstrated ability and is passionate, self-motivated, and service-focused. As a Coach, you will have to:
- Foster a program that inspires greatness through actions, words, behavior, and accountability.
- Be responsible for the children until they are turned over to a parent or guardian before leaving the training session.
- Teach sportsmanship, cooperation, work ethic, and responsibility to one\'s team
- Demonstrating drills in the session with high energy.
- Assist with maintaining gym rules and regulations.
- Provide proposal development advice, and when necessary, coordinate with consultants regarding the sport development.
- Consult with management daily
- daily reporting and administration requirements.
- Reports problems/concerns to supervisor.
- Serves as a positive role model for program participants.
- Builds and maintains a high standard of member service for all program participants.
- Contributes to a positive work environment.
- Manage equipment
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
