Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and energetic Bartenders and Barbacks to join our dynamic team. The Bartender will craft and serve high-quality beverages while providing excellent customer service. The Barback will support bartenders by maintaining stock, cleanliness, and efficiency behind the bar. Both roles are essential to creating a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
Bartender Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes.
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain knowledge of drink menus, promotions, and specials.
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age and refuse service when necessary.
• Process payments, handle cash, and manage tabs accurately.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Follow all safety, health, and alcohol-serving regulations.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Restock liquor, beer, wine, glassware, ice, and other bar supplies.
• Assist bartenders with prep work (cutting fruit, refilling syrups, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar, including wiping surfaces, removing trash, and washing glassware.
• Change kegs, replenish ice bins, and ensure bar equipment is functional.
• Support bartenders during peak hours by fetching supplies and clearing empty glasses.
• Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Assist with opening/closing duties as needed.
