Head Bartender / Bartenders / Barback
Location: Dubai, UAE
Reporting to: Restaurant Manager / Bar Manager
About the Role:
Join our vibrant bar team! We are looking for talented and charismatic individuals to create amazing drinks and provide outstanding service at our bar.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Head Bartender: Lead the bar team, develop creative cocktail menus, manage inventory, control costs, and ensure the highest quality of beverage service.
  • Bartender: Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, interact with guests, maintain bar cleanliness, and process transactions.
  • Barback: Support bartenders by restocking ice, glassware, and supplies, cleaning bar areas, and preparing garnishes.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a high-volume bar.
  • For Head Bartender: Strong leadership skills and proven experience in menu development.
  • Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, and classic cocktails.
  • Engaging personality and excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
